    Green Lantern Issue 45, written by Robert Venditti, with art by Mark Irwin and Billy Tan continues the story of Hal Jordan in his quest to find the missing Green Lantern Corps and discover who is behind turning planets into stone. Leaving Trapper, Darlene and [blue alien guy] behind Jordan goes to face Black Hand by himself, who is still trying to gain control of his new found abilities. A fight ensues, Jordan using his constructs to fight stave off Black Hand, long enough to beat him into submission.    This issue is one of the two best books in my stack this month, the second being the Green Lantern Annual.
